What plumbing services do you offer?
Emergency repairs and leaks, drain and blockage clearing, boilers and hot water, gasfitting and heating, Poly-B repiping, and bathroom and kitchen plumbing — including full renovations.
What areas do you serve?
Burnaby, Vancouver, New Westminster, Coquitlam, North Vancouver and Richmond, plus the surrounding Metro Vancouver area. Call us to confirm coverage for your address.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We are a licensed plumbing and heating contractor, we carry commercial general liability insurance, and we are registered with WorkSafeBC. We'll provide proof of either on request.
What are your hours?
Monday to Friday 8am–6pm and Saturday 9am–4pm. If you have an urgent problem outside those hours, call and leave a message — we check them, and we'll tell you honestly when we can get to you.
How does pricing work?
Anything quoted over the phone or by text is an estimate. A fixed price is given in writing once we've seen the work, and only a written fixed price is binding. You are never charged for work you didn't approve.
Can you quote from a photo?
Often, yes. Send a photo or short video on WhatsApp with a description and we'll come back to you the same day with an estimate. It's the fastest way to get a number from us.
